AGIAMONDO/IYEC Project
IYEC Working session with staff and volunteers within the framework of the CIVIL PEACE SERVICE ( CPS) ongoing project. Staff acquired knowledge and best practices on how to implement and manage the project’s finances. Thanks to our partners AGIAMONDO and the German Government for providing the funding.
IYEC Cameroon planning session for the implementation of a three year Civil peace Program in the South West Region, to Build the Capacities of Civil Society Organizations (CSO), Networks and Community structures on peace building, conflict Resolution, Gender Based Violence etc. Thanks to support from our German based partner organization AGIAMONDO
IYEC Cameroon kick- off meeting of Peace Unifies Humanity (PUH) 3 year project with CSOs and Community initiative on Conflict Resolution, peace building, creation of a PUH platform in order to foster peaceful co-existence and Social Cohesion in our Communities in Fako and Manyu division.
IYEC Kick off to the 16 Days of Activism campaign Against Gender Based Violence. In collaboration with CAMHELP we facilitated an Educative talk on ending Violence against women in our communities for volunteers and community members.

IYEC Cameroon internal staff Training of Trainers workshop on PEACE AND CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION, within the Framework of IYEC Peace Unifies Humanity project (PUH), thanks to our partners of the PCC Buea for their facilitation and AGIAMONDO Germany for providing the Funding.
IYEC, Peace Unifies Humanity (PUH) Project has continued with field activities in 2022 by organizing 5 trainings in some communities of Fako Division (Buea, Tiko, Mutengene, Limbe (Mile 4 and Mokindi) to train their partnering 10 Community Initiatives and 9 CSOs on the basics of conflict resolution and communication. In these activity 100 individuals (Women, youth, men) have been trained including representatives of traditional , religious leaders, administrative authorities and diverse community members. We were very encouraged by the motivation and positive feedback of all our partners and their strong will to put the new skills into action and educate their peers in different communities. Thank you to all our hosts for providing the venue and organizing lunch for the trainings.
