IYEC is  working in an ongoing performance base financing (PBF) health care project for the past 8 years, during which IYEC Monitor and Evaluate hospital and health centre in the Limbe and Mamfe health area using indicators such as outpatient consultation, major/minor surgery, children completely vaccinated, HIV testing and counseling, family planning, skilled delivery, antenatal consultation and hospitalization in order to apply corrective measure and improve on the quality of health care service delivery for patient who attend hospital and health centre in the Limbe and Mamfe health area.

IYEC carries out questionnaire interview every three months to communities in Fako division (Limbe, Tiko Idenau) health area and Manyu division (Mamfe central, Tinto and Eyumodjock health area). IYEC have a mastery of all these communities in Limbe, Tiko Idenau  and Mamfe health area.

IYEC  work in partnership with the Ministry of public health, south west regional fund for health promotion and the World Bank funder of the project.
As an impact these projects has helped to improve the Doctor to patient care, infrastructures, hygiene and sanitation, provision of drugs and equipment in health centre’s and hospitals both private and public in the Limbe and Mamfe district health area.

Also as an impact 70,000 patients in the limbe and Mamfe health area have benefited from improved health care and well being as the quality health care service delivery have improved as a result of the project.

IYEC partner UNFPA invited her to draft the humanitarian need overview (HNO) and humanitarian response plan (HRP) for Gender base violence ( GBV) and Sexual reproductive health and right in the south west and north west region of Cameroon.
